I spent over a decade as an electrical engineer and program manager in U.S. defense and medical device manufacturing — industries where precision, accountability, and process discipline aren't optional. I've led programs exceeding $50M, built cross-functional teams, and delivered in environments where regulatory compliance and operational rigor are the baseline, not the goal.
I started Apex Agentics because I saw the same problems in small and mid-sized businesses that I solved in large-scale programs: manual workflows bleeding time, disconnected systems creating blind spots, and growth being limited not by demand but by operational capacity.
The difference is that today's AI and automation tools make these problems solvable at a fraction of the cost and timeline they used to require. I help business owners see where the friction actually is, then build the systems that eliminate it — custom automation, intelligent workflows, and operational infrastructure designed to scale.
Based in SC, I work with local businesses across the Upstate who are ready to stop managing their operations on paper and start building systems that grow with them.
